- Preparation.

We suggest reading each of these affirmations in a quiet space, pick 3 that really resonate with you.
From here print out the 3 - affirmations, you can choose to lament the cards or simply keep them as paper notes.
- Start with at least twice a day.
Once you have your cards ready it's time to start with reading them out loud for 3 - 5 minutes, once in the morning when you first wake up and at night before you go to bed.
